Night shift differential
Work between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am earns an extra 10% of the hourly rate that applies to that hour (Art. 86). On a regular holiday, for example, a night hour pays 200% × 110% = 220% of the basic hourly rate; a night overtime hour on an ordinary day pays 125% × 110% = 137.5%.

How the calculator works
Monthly salaries are turned into a daily rate with the factor you choose (261, 313 or 365 days). Then: regular hours × hourly rate × day rate, plus overtime hours × hourly rate × OT rate, plus 10% night differential on night hours. To be entitled to regular holiday pay when you don’t work, you must be present or on paid leave on the workday right before the holiday.

Only if you work, unless your company policy says otherwise. Working 8 hours pays 130%: ₱981.50 at ₱755 a day.
